Dispatch & shipping

Dispatch begins in the first week of the sale.

At checkout, please select the correct shipping option for your address: urban or rural delivery.

Combining orders

Placing more than one order? Pay for shipping with your first order, then select “Combine shipping” at checkout for any additional orders you’d like sent together.

Purchase limits

Some varieties have a purchase limit of one or two due to limited availability. These limits help give more gardeners a chance to grow them.

Tuber condition

Your tubers may arrive as clumps or individual tubers, each with firm body, clear, visible eyes or shoots. We keep any “maybes” to grow on ourselves.

Please check your tubers on arrival and email us within 48 hours with photos if you have any concerns.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for later growing issues caused by storage or growing conditions outside our control.
